Principal's Message

My husband and I moved to the Valley in 2012 and we quickly became proud community members.

I understand the significance that the river, land, people and school has in the history of this valley and the importance of us all working together in the future to maintain that our community rallies around our little school. Our school and our community need to stay connected and work together to support each other’s interests in farming by making sure our whanau have a school to be proud of and that all our children get the best start to their education close to home.

The children of Ruakituri School will be my primary focus and will have a dedicated and consistent teacher in me. I am focused and will always try my best to uphold the School’s Mission Statement
